Hello! Hello! Hello!
It's a beautiful day up here! It's a balmy -9 degrees and there
is a refreshing gale force wind to accompany
it. It's practically Spring! (That was only slightly facetious. In
reality, I am freezing my face off. But the work is such that I enjoy
every minute of it....Imagine that, mom - I'm COLD!) It's been
great up here this last week. Khaibu and Deih Deih came to sacrament
meeting! It was great! We are hoping that they will tell their
family about it and they will all come next week. Foday Kenneh also
agreed to be baptized this week. We were shooting for the 14th of
February, but there might be a little bit of a legal issue, so we haven't set a
solid date. We will get all that ironed out later this week. It's
been great! We went up to Owen Sound to go on exchanges with the Elders
up there. It was a long Drive. The roads were a little bit icy, but
we said a prayer, were careful and made it okay. This truly is God's
Work. He wants us to return and live with Him, and He had provided the
way for us to do that. I love it. I hope that all is well!
Have a great Day! I love you!
Your Obedient Servant,
Elder Austin James Ashcraft
